Crystal Baker, Director

Crystal has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Social Work from Salisbury University. She has been working in the field since 1999. She has the 90 hour preschool certification, First Aid and CPR certifications and countless hours of continued training. She has been with GULC since August 2013.

Jacquelyn Perry, 2/3’s Full-time Teacher

Jackie has the 90 hour preschool certification. She is First Aid and CPR certified and has many hours of continuing education. Jackie has previous experience in the field, and was hired by GULC in August, 2009.

Crystal Volz, K Prep Teacher

Crystal has her Associates degree in Arts & Sciences and Early Childhood Education from Carroll Community College, along with a 90 hour preschool certification. She has several hours of continued training, is First Aid & CPR certified, and has previous experience as a Special Education Assistant. She was hired by GULC in September 2013.

Roxanne Burrier, Cook

Roxanne was hired April 2018 to prepare and serve meals for our children. Roxanne has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry including owning her own business for 24 years. After retiring in 2017, Roxanne has enjoyed the opportunity to continue her passion of food service while spending her day in the presence of children.
